Trump Hopes Russia, US Can “Knock the Hell Out of ISIS Together”

“If we can get along with Russia that’s a great thing”

RT

In an interview with Fox News on Friday, Trump said it would be to the advantage of both Russia and the US to mend ties and pool their efforts in the fight against terrorism.Speaking to Sean Hannity of Fox News, US President Donald Trump said that he looks forward to speaking with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin.“He called me after I won, but I haven’t had a discussion, but I understand we will be having a discussion soon,” Trump told Hannity.

On Friday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Trump and Putin will have a phone conversation on Saturday.

Trump again reiterated his intention to pursue good relations with Russia, pointing out that it would be mutually beneficial and would allow both sides to step up the fight against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS, ISIL).

“I don’t know Putin, but if we can get along with Russia that’s a great thing, it’s good for Russia, it’s good for us, we go out together and knock the hell out of ISIS, because that’s a real sickness,” he said.

Trump has repeatedly spoken of his desire to mend relations with Russia, not excluding the possibility of lifting the sanctions against Russia in the future, depending on its contribution to fight against terrorism and cooperation on other issues, like curbing nuclear proliferation.

“If you get along and if Russia is really helping us, why would anybody have sanctions if somebody’s doing some really great things?” he said in a recent interview to the Wall Street Journal, saying that he did not see any problem in holding a meeting with Putin.

“I understand that they would like to meet, and that’s absolutely fine with me,” he said.

Last week, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the much-anticipated meeting between Putin and Trump is a matter of months rather than weeks. “It won’t happens in a matter of weeks. Let’s hope that it can happen in months to come,” Peskov told BBC, adding that “Putin will be ready” for the meeting whenever it occurs.

23 intelligence-military veterans demand Obama release proof of Russian hacking or admit it’s a lie

https://i1.wp.com/aprillajune.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/Putin_did_it.jpg

23 U.S. intelligence, military and diplomatic veterans have written an extraordinary letter calling on Obama to release the evidence that Russia had hacked the 2016 presidential election in order to elect Donald Trump, or admit that there is no proof.

You don’t and won’t see this letter on the MSM.

The 23 former officials are members of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS).

In their letter, the former federal government officials:

  1. Point out that the Obama administration’s published intelligence report — on Russia’s alleged hacking of the election and transmittal of hacked Democrat emails to WikiLeaks to publish — lacks evidence and is unconvincing.
  2. Assert that, if Russia indeed had transmitted hacked emails to WikiLeaks, the NSA should — but does not — have the incriminating  electronic communications between the Kremlin and Wikileaks.
  3. Assert that the Democrat emails obtained by WikiLeaks were leaked, not hacked, which would explain why there are no electronic traces. By “leaked” is meant that someone(s) handed to WikiLeaks the actual physical hardcopies of the emails. (Note: That is what WikiLeaks has maintained all along. Julian Assange had implied that the source of the leak was a DNC staffer named Seth Rich, 27, who was shot and killed in a D.C. street on July 10, 2016. His murder is still unsolved. We want Justice for Seth Rich!)
  4. Convey their dismay that James Clapper, who oversees the entire U.S. intelligence system as Director of National Intelligence, is still in office despite him having lied under oath to Congress and made outright erroneous claims.

Below is their letter. You can read it in PDF format here. I supplied the red color for certain sentences and paragraphs that I believe particularly merit your attention.

James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence

MEMORANDUM FOR: President Barack Obama
FROM: Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS)
SUBJECT: A Key Issue That Still Needs to be Resolved

As President-elect Donald Trump prepares to take the oath of office Friday, a pall hangs over his upcoming presidency amid an unprecedentedly concerted campaign to delegitimize it. Unconfirmed accusations continue to swirl alleging that Russian President Vladimir Putin authorized “Russian hacking” that helped put Mr. Trump in the White House.

As President for a few more days, you have the power to demand concrete evidence of a link between the Russians and WikiLeaks, which published the bulk of the information in question. Lacking that evidence, the American people should be told that there is no fire under the smoke and mirrors of recent weeks. We urge you to authorize public release of any tangible evidence that takes us beyond the unsubstantiated, “we-assess” judgments by the intelligence agencies. Otherwise, we – as well as other skeptical Americans – will be left with the corrosive suspicion that the intense campaign of accusations is part of a wider attempt to discredit the Russians and those – like Mr. Trump – who wish to deal constructively with them.

Remember the Maine?

Alleged Russian interference has been labeled “an act of war” and Mr. Trump a “traitor.” But the “intelligence” served up to support those charges does not pass the smell test. Your press conference on Wednesday will give you a chance to respond more persuasively to NBC’s Peter Alexander’s challenge at the last one (on Dec. 16) “to show the proof [and], as they say, put your money where your mouth is and declassify some of the intelligence. …” You told Alexander you were reluctant to “compromise sources and methods.” We can understand that concern better than most Americans. We would remind you, though, that at critical junctures in the past, your predecessors made judicious decisions to give higher priority to buttressing the credibility of U.S. intelligence-based policy than to protecting sources and methods. With the Kremlin widely accused by politicians and pundits of “an act of war,” this is the kind of textbook case in which you might seriously consider taking special pains to substantiate serious allegations with hard intelligence – if there is any.

During the Cuban missile crisis, for instance, President Kennedy ordered us to show highly classified photos of Soviet nuclear missiles in Cuba and on ships en route, even though this blew sensitive detail regarding the imagery intelligence capabilities of the cameras on our U-2 aircraft.

President Ronald Reagan’s reaction to the Libyan terrorist bombing of La Belle Disco in Berlin on April 5, 1986, that killed two and injured 79 other U.S. servicemen is another case in point. We had intercepted a Libyan message that morning: “At 1:30 in the morning one of the acts was carried out with success, without leaving a trace behind.” (We should add here that NSA’s dragnet SIGINT capability 30 years later renders it virtually impossible to avoid “leaving a trace behind” once a message is put on the network.)

President Reagan ordered the U.S. Air Force to bomb Col. Muammar Qaddafi’s palace compound to smithereens, killing several civilians. Amid widespread international consternation and demands for proof that Libya was responsible for the Berlin attack, President Reagan ordered us to make public the encrypted Libyan message, thereby sacrificing a collection/decryption capability unknown to the Libyans – until then.

As senior CIA veteran Milton Bearden has put it, there are occasions when more
damage is done by “protecting” sources and methods than by revealing them.

Where’s the Beef?

We find the New York Times– and Washington Post-led media Blitz against Trump and Putin truly extraordinary, despite our long experience with intelligence/media related issues. On Jan. 6, the day after your top intelligence officials published what we found to be an embarrassingly shoddy report purporting to prove Russian hacking in support of Trump’s candidacy, the Times banner headline across all six columns on page 1 read: “PUTIN LED SCHEME TO AID TRUMP, REPORT SAYS.

The lead article began: “President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia directed a vast cyberattack aimed at denying Hillary Clinton the presidency and installing Donald J. Trump in the Oval Office, the nation’s top intelligence agencies said in an extraordinary report they delivered on Friday to Mr. Trump.” Eschewing all subtlety, the Times added that the revelations in “this damning report … undermined the legitimacy” of the President-elect, and “made the case that Mr. Trump was the favored candidate of Mr. Putin.”

On page A10, however, Times investigative reporter Scott Shane pointed out: “What is missing from the public report is what many Americans most eagerly anticipated: hard evidence to back up the agencies’ claims that the Russian government engineered the election attack. That is a significant omission.” Shane continued, “Instead, the message from the agencies essentially amounts to ‘trust us.’ There is no discussion of the forensics used to recognize the handiwork of known hacking groups, no mention of intercepted communications between the Kremlin and the hackers, no hint of spies reporting from inside Moscow’s propaganda machinery.

Shane added that the intelligence report “offers an obvious reason for leaving out the details, declaring that including ‘the precise bases for its assessments’ would ‘reveal sensitive sources and methods and imperil the ability to collect critical foreign intelligence in the future.’”

Shane added a quote from former National Security Agency lawyer Susan Hennessey: “The unclassified report is underwhelming at best. There is essentially no new information for those who have been paying attention.” Ms. Hennessey served as an attorney in NSA’s Office of General Counsel and is now a Brookings Fellow in National Security Law.

Everyone Hacks

There is a lot of ambiguity – whether calculated or not – about “Russian hacking.” “Everyone knows that everyone hacks,” says everyone: Russia hacks; China hacks; every nation that can hacks. So do individuals of various nationalities. This is not the question.

You said at your press conference on Dec. 16 “the intelligence that I have seen gives me great confidence in their [U.S. intelligence agencies’] assessment that the Russians carried out this hack.” “Which hack?” you were asked. “The hack of the DNC and the hack of John Podesta,” you answered.

Earlier during the press conference you alluded to the fact that “the information was in the hands of WikiLeaks.” The key question is how the material from “Russian hacking” got to WikiLeaks, because it was WikiLeaks that published the DNC and Podesta emails.

Our VIPS colleague William Binney, who was Technical Director of NSA and created many of the collection systems still in use, assures us that NSA’s “cast-iron” coverage – particularly surrounding Julian Assange and other people associated with WikiLeaks – would almost certainly have yielded a record of any electronic transfer from Russia to WikiLeaks. Binney has used some of the highly classified slides released by Edward Snowden to demonstrate precisely how NSA accomplishes this using trace mechanisms embedded throughout the network. [See: “U.S. Intel Vets Dispute Russia Hacking Claims,” Dec. 12, 2016.]

NSA Must Come Clean

We strongly suggest that you ask NSA for any evidence it may have indicating that the results of Russian hacking were given to WikiLeaks. If NSA can produce such evidence, you may wish to order whatever declassification may be needed and then release the evidence. This would go a long way toward allaying suspicions that no evidence exists. If NSA cannot give you that information – and quickly – this would probably mean it does not have any.

In all candor, the checkered record of Director of National Intelligence James Clapper for trustworthiness makes us much less confident that anyone should take it on faith that he is more “trustworthy than the Russians,” as you suggested on Dec. 16. You will probably recall that Clapper lied under oath to the Senate Intelligence Committee on March 12, 2013, about NSA dragnet activities; later apologizing for testimony he admitted had been “clearly erroneous.” In our Memorandum for you on Dec. 11, 2013, we cited chapter and verse as to why Clapper should have been fired for saying things he knew to be “clearly erroneous.”

In that Memorandum, we endorsed the demand by Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner that Clapper be removed. “Lying to Congress is a federal offense, and Clapper ought to be fired and prosecuted for it,” said Sensenbrenner in an interview with The Hill. “The only way laws are effective is if they’re enforced.” Actually, we have had trouble understanding why, almost four years after he deliberately misled the Senate, Clapper remains Director of National Intelligence – overseeing the entire intelligence community.

Hacks or Leaks?

Not mentioned until now is our conclusion that leaks are the source of the WikiLeaks disclosures in question – not hacking. Leaks normally leave no electronic trace. William Binney has been emphasizing this for several months and suggesting strongly that the disclosures were from a leaker with physical access to the information – not a hacker with only remote access. This, of course, makes it even harder to pin the blame on President Putin, or anyone else. And we suspect that this explains why NSA demurred when asked to join the CIA and FBI in expressing “high confidence” in this key judgment of the report put out under Clapper’s auspices on Jan. 6, yielding this curious formulation:

We also assess Putin and the Russian Government aspired to help President-elect Trump’s election chances when possible by discrediting Secretary Clinton and publicly contrasting her unfavorably to him. All three agencies agree with this judgment. CIA and FBI have high confidence in this judgment; NSA has moderate confidence.” (Emphasis [bold], and lack of emphasis, in original)

In addition, former U.K. Ambassador Craig Murray has said publicly he has first-
hand information on the provenance of the leaks, and has expressed surprise that no one from the New York Times or the Washington Post has tried to get in touch with him. We would be interested in knowing whether anyone from your administration, including the intelligence community, has made any effort to contact Ambassador Murray.

What to Do

President-elect Trump said a few days ago that his team will have a “full report on hacking within 90 days.” Whatever the findings of the Trump team turn out to be, they will no doubt be greeted with due skepticism, since Mr. Trump is in no way a disinterested party.

You, on the other hand, enjoy far more credibility – AND power – for the next few days. And we assume you would not wish to hobble your successor with charges that cannot withstand close scrutiny. We suggest you order the chiefs of the NSA, FBI and CIA to the White House and ask them to lay all their cards on the table. They need to show you why you should continue to place credence in what, a month ago, you described as “uniform intelligence assessments” about Russian hacking.

At that point, if the intelligence heads have credible evidence, you have the option of ordering it released – even at the risk of damage to sources and methods. For what it may be worth, we will not be shocked if it turns out that they can do no better than the evidence-deprived assessments they have served up in recent weeks. In that case, we would urge you, in all fairness, to let the American people in on the dearth of convincing evidence before you leave office. As you will have gathered by now, we strongly suspect that the evidence your intelligence chiefs have of a joint Russian-hacking-WikiLeaks-publishing operation is no better than the “intelligence” evidence in 2002-2003 – expressed then with comparable flat-fact “certitude” – of the existence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

Obama’s Legacy

Mr. President, there is much talk in your final days in office about your legacy. Will part of that legacy be that you stood by while flames of illegitimacy rose willy-nilly around your successor? Or will you use your power to reveal the information – or the fact that there are merely unsupported allegations – that would enable us to deal with them responsibly?

In the immediate wake of the holiday on which we mark the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., it seems appropriate to make reference to his legacy, calling to mind the graphic words in his “Letter From the Birmingham City Jail,” with which he reminds us of our common duty to expose lies and injustice:

“Like a boil that can never be cured as long as it is covered up, but must be opened with all its pus-flowing ugliness to the natural medicines of air and light, injustice must likewise be exposed, with all of the tension its exposing creates, to the light of human conscience and the air of national opinion before it can be cured.”

Overwhelmed by corruption, Mexicans ask Putin for deliverance

If you have followed my blog for a while, you know that I have always said for the past 7 years you could see them building Russia up as the leader of the New World Order.

https://i1.wp.com/www.dagospia.com/img/foto/03-2012/putin-bush-jintao-153792.jpg

More than 13,000 sign petition to the Russian president asking for help.

A petition published on the website, change.org, appeals to Russian President Vladimir Putin to help Mexico solve pressing issues, reported (in Russian) RIA Novosti on Jan. 15.

Titled “Intervención Rusa en México para eliminar el mal gobierno,” the petition was posted by a user under the provocative nickname, Freppo Sovietico. He claims that “the political situation in Mexico is the worst in the nation’s history,” and that the country “is bleeding from plundering by these rats.”

Freppo Sovietico said, ”We need somebody capable of stopping corrupt Mexican politicians, who are giving everything away and are stealing everything.” In addition, he claimed that rampant corruption in Mexico benefits the country’s powerful northern neighbor. “American imperialists and the United Nations are doing nothing apart from spreading sensational news stories.” In conclusion, the author of the petition exclaimed, “Vladimir Putin, Latin America needs you.”

The petition has already been closed, but it gathered 13,390 signatures that were sent to Putin. The petition was signed not only by Mexicans, but also by Russians living in the country. If the petition passes all the bureaucratic hurdles and reaches the desk of President Putin, then reaction to it is likely to come in the form of a comment from the Kremlin press secretary, Dmitry Peskov. RBTH will continue to follow the matter.

Social tensions in Mexico have recently increased considerably, in particular because of inflation and rising gas prices. The people are especially unhappy with high levels of government and police corruption, and their close relations to the drug cartels. In recent weeks, thousands of people have taken to the streets to protest rising food and fuel prices. Meanwhile, the Mexican peso has hit a historical low against the U.S. dollar.

US Army Veteran Warns A ‘Massive Diversion’ Is Now Taking Place As Obama And NATO Push For World War III Against Russia Before Trump Gets Into Office

Warns ‘History Is Repeating Itself’ As We Reach ‘The Final Days’

obamas_legacy.jpg

By Stefan Stanford – All News Pipeline – Live Free Or Die

“Why is Obama still arming ISIS when they WANT and NEED ‘Armageddon’ to bring in their ‘mahdi’?”

The new story from The Guardian reports that in the year 2016 alone, Barack Obama dropped 26,171 bombs. Averaging out to nearly 3 bombs every hour, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we see outlined in several new stories below from across the internet that, with 8 days still in office, his bloody, murderous work still may be undone.

As the Guardian story points out, most Americans would probably be astounded to realize that 2009’s Nobel Peace prize winner, who ran for president on the promise of ending George Bush’s disastrous ‘globalist’ wars, is really a warhawk himself. Having been at war longer than any US president in history, the only president to serve two complete terms with the nation at war, Obama leaves office with the blood of a countless number of brave Americans on his hands.

And while Obama himself once actually truthfully admitted that he is very good at killing people, these new stories linked on the Drudge Report and SteveQuayle.com should be a warning to us all he may still have something horrifying planned. If Obama and globalists in Congress such as Lindsey Graham, John McCain and Democrat Ben Cardin from Maryland, who are still insanely pushing for war with Russia, get their way, WW3 upon US soil leaving tens of millions of Americans dead might still be their ‘final legacy’.

If you’re a ‘prop-or-not troll’ or a first time ANP reader, we’ll report here again, ‘Russian insiders’ have long warned that any US war launched upon Russia would come home to US soil. Are you ‘anti-Russia’ enough to want that, keeping in mind that might mean no more electricity and tens of millions of dead Americans? From Russian insider Dmitry Orlov.:

Russia’s new weapons make retaliation instant, undetectable, unstoppable and perfectly lethal.

Thus, if tomorrow a war were to break out between the US and Russia, it is guaranteed that the US would be obliterated. At a minimum, there would no longer be an electric grid, no internet, no oil and gas pipelines, no interstate highway system, no air transportation or GPS-based navigation.

Financial centers would lie in ruins. Government at every level would cease to function. US armed forces, stationed all around the globe, would no longer be resupplied.

At a maximum, the entire landmass of the US would be covered by a layer of radioactive ash. We tell you this not to be alarmist, but because, based on everything we know, we are ourselves alarmed.

If attacked, Russia will not back down; she will retaliate, and she will utterly annihilate the United States.

Such a war would also help bring about the fulfillment of prophecy and with a ‘wild card’ in the mix as detailed directly below, we see why so many American patriots are so concerned the globalists might launch us into war before Trump gets into office. As we hear from retired US Army Captain Dave Bertrand in a dire email sent to ANP also republished below, we’re now witnessing a massive diversion with the globalists down to 8 days to pull off ‘an event’ that gets us into WW3 while warning us that we’re now watching history repeating itself .

stop_arming_terrorist_obama_you_freak.png

The ‘wild card’ in this mix is something we have to continue to pay very close attention – the Islamic State, which even Hawaii Democrat Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has stated Obama is funding in her ‘Stop Arming Terrorists’ bill. We must remember that Islam NEEDS a nuclear war to bring in their ‘mahdi’. While nuclear war is the last thing that most sane people want, and surely the last thing that Russia and Donald Trump want before he gets into office, it would accomplish the terrorists goals. So, why is Obama arming and funding ISIS when they WANT and NEED ‘Armageddon’?

If the terrorists are indeed represented by those in Congress and the White House who have been running America into the ground, we expect to see even more of what we’re seeing now in Europe in the coming days, a massive ramping up of not only tensions but what appears to be outright preparation for war. And while we’ve been hopeful that the election of Donald Trump might help stave off the necessity of Steve Quayle putting up his ‘red screen’, we’ve still got one week to go.

With Donald Trump promising to restore US relations with Russia, the new story from The Sun called “READY FOR WAR”  reports that the US Army has just moved 2,500 tanks, trucks and military vehicles into Europe, the biggest troop transfer since the Cold War. Arriving to allegedly ‘respond to Russian aggression in the region‘, we once again have to ask, why did Russia decide to put their country SO CLOSE to all of NATO’s military bases? And will ‘fake news pushers’ like CNN, the Washington Post and some US intelligence agencies use the ‘fact’ that Russia put their country so close to NATO’s military bases as PROOF of ‘Russia’s’ aggression? If so, we’ll have 100% proof they’re ALL insane!

russia-wants-war-us-bases-sarcastic-map.jpg

We take a look directly below at an email sent to ANP by Captain David Bertrand, a US Army Veteran and American patriot who warns we’re now witnessing a massive diversion playing out with the ‘fakestream media’ as NATO and the globalists position us for war.

Bertrand Daily Report

Subject: Fakestream Media Diversion While NATO Prepares For WWIII

January 12th, 2017

The diversion by the fakestream media and the CIA to create a false report about Trump in the midst of the largest U.S. military movement into Poland to instigate a world war with Russia has ONLY 8 days to pull-off an event that mirrors the same build-up strategies used days before WWII. History is repeating itself…..

The globalists are pulling-out all stops to create the war THEY have planned for a long time……

Trump will turn the tide immediately on day one and the fear of that has the CIA scrambling like rats caught in a RAID extermination factory. We are on the verge of a war at a critical time in our history and vigilance by all Americans cannot be overstated.

Putin has now deployed his battery of nuclear missiles to counter any attack by NATO / U.S. in coming days.

It absolutely blows my mind as to the extreme hatred the Democrats and certain RINO’s like John McCain and limp wristed Lindsey Graham have for America and their disgust for Donald Trump. This is America divided and the world is watching….

The question in everyone’s mind is…..can the launching of WWIII cause Obama to declare a National Emergency via the NDAA to stop the transition of government over to Trump? Will Obama order the shoot down of a Russian jet over Syria within 8 days? Or worse…cause a false flag attack on a U.S. military jet over Poland or Syria??

At the very least….it is designed to create the war the globalists have planned for years and (maybe) drop it in Trump’s lap, and/or to further create fake intelligence reports to show that Trump is working behind the scenes with Putin. It is their hopes to entrap Trump in a Russian conspiracy and then Obama declares a National Emergency to stop the transition. Yes…..Obama can legally do that under certain circumstances that involves National Security and foreign (influence) infiltration of a foreign government…the angle they are desperately trying to create.

We can see how certain (communists on both sides of the aisle) are constantly provoking the Russian conspiracy issue on Trump’s selected cabinet members being questioned. We can also see how these cabinet selects are being forced to declare Russia as an “enemy” to deny or approve their new position(s) by congress. This is a very dangerous / political propaganda stunt that has Putin sitting on needles….

However…what WE and the Trump Administration must expose….is the take-over of America by communist operatives and sympathizers with the help of the CIA and their fakestream media.

The blow-out of the CNN fake news report and Trump’s pointed accusation that “CNN is fake news” reference a B.S. scandal intelligence report provided to them from the CIA is just the beginning of what will happen over the next 8 days.

Exposure of the communist elements and those behind the diversions to derail the Trump presidency is alarming and numerous.

Trump_Russia_tweet.png
Another new story that Drudge linked to comes to us from Yahoo in which they report the Kremlin is very concerned about the latest US military build-up in Poland, stating the moves represent a threat to its national security. Just the latest manuevers proving NATO aggression rather than Russian aggression, we’ll have to STRONGLY agree with president-elect Donald Trump’s recent Tweet that ANYBODY who doesn’t want peaceful relations with Russia is plain stupid…or fools. You can see the buildup of troops and of the machines of death and war in Poland in the final two videos below.

And as we hear in the 1st video below and read in this Daily Mail story, whether Americans believe it or not, it sure seems like Russian president Vladimir Putin is preparing for war, deploying anti-aircraft missile systems all around Moscow to protect the Russian capital. Just the latest moves being made that would lead one to believe he is deeply concerned about Obama going completely insane in his last week in office, we have to question why Obama would seek to sabotage Trump’s foreign policy before he gets into office unless Captain Bertrand was right on the money with his assessment. Getting us into a war with Russia would certainly prove Obama ‘stupid’ and/or a ‘fool’ along with proving his support for ISIS terrorists and their stated goal of ‘Armageddon’.

As this new story from Russia Insider reports, thousands of US troops have also just arrived in Europe on their way to the Russian border. How many Americans even know that we have boots on the ground over there, seemingly ready to launch America into a war that we may never get out of alive? If Obama, McCain and the neocons REALLY want to destroy America, starting a war with Russia is probably the best way to do it.

Knowing that the globalists ultimate goal is to destroy America and bring down all nation states, as Captain Bertrand tells us, the next week may be one of the most crucial in the recent history of America and the world.

Both the 1st and 2nd videos below take a look at all of the recent moves on the world front that might lead one to believe the globalists are preparing for not only war with Russia but the end of America and the official kick-off of their ‘new world order’.

US Military Press Conference: “Prepare For World War 3 With Russia”

Sean Adl-Tabatabai

US military and NATO officials tell press to prepare for 'World War 3' with Russia

US and NATO Generals have told reporters at a press briefing that they should prepare for “World War 3 with Russia” in the very near future.

NATO and US forces have bolstered their military forces on the Russian border, installing anti-ballistic missile systems and equipment in an effort to provoke a nuclear war with Russia.

In response, Russian President Vladimir Putin has deployed anti-aircraft missile systems around Moscow to protect the country from a massive attack.

The S-400 Triumph air defence system is capable of hitting moving US and NATO planes and missiles, and has a range of 400km.

Dailymail.co.uk reports:

Defense Ministry’s Department of Information and Mass Communication told Interfax: ‘The SAM combat squads of the Moscow Region aerospace forces have put the new S-400 Triumph air defense missile system into service, and have gone on combat duty for the air defense of Moscow and the central industrial region of Russia.

‘The main task of the anti-aircraft missile troops of the Russian Aerospace Forces is air defense and protecting vital state, military, industry and energy facilities, as well as the Armed Forces troops and transport communications, from aerospace attacks.’

The S-400 was designed as a protective mechanism against airstrikes. according to RT.

The US tanks and armoured vehicles have started arriving in Poland today as part of the biggest American military reinforcement in Europe for decades, according to the BBC.

Soldiers will carry out exercised in the Baltics as part of their tour as part of the Obama administration’s response to Russia’s intervention in the Ukraine.

Tours will last nine months before troops rotate, but whether or not they will remain under Trump’s regime remains to be seen.

President-elect Donald Trump’s choice for secretary of defense, retired Marine General James Mattis, will face questions about his views on a wide range of topics at a Senate confirmation hearing Thursday.

He is widely admired within defense and foreign policy circles and is expected to easily win a vote of approval by the Senate Armed Services Committee.

US troops enter Poland for the first time since the fall of the Soviet Union as angry Russia condemns the move as a threat to its national security

  • Poles wave US flags as tanks and other vehicles head toward base in Zagan
  • Polish premier and defense minister to hold official welcoming ceremony
  • Deployment of 3,500 troops on Russia’s doorstep is the first ever by a NATO ally
  • Russian actions in Ukraine have stoked fears of Moscow’s intentions
  • Putin aide denounced the move as a threat to Russian national security

American soldiers rolled into Poland on Thursday, fulfilling a dream some Poles have had since the fall of communism in 1989 to have US troops on their soil as a deterrent against Russia.

Some people waved and held up American flags as US troops in tanks and other vehicles crossed into southwestern Poland from Germany and headed toward the town of Zagan, where they will be based.

Poland’s prime minister and defense minister will welcome them in an official ceremony Saturday.

‘This is the fulfillment of a dream,’ said Michal Baranowski, director of the German Marshall Fund think tank in Warsaw.

‘And this is not just a symbolic presence but one with a real capability.’

US and other Western nations have carried out exercises on NATO’s eastern flank in past years, but the new deployment — which includes some 3,500 US troops — marks the first-ever continuous deployment to the region by a NATO ally.

It is part of a larger commitment by President Barack Obama to protect a region that grew deeply nervous when Russia annexed Crimea from Ukraine in 2014 and then began backing separatist rebels in Ukraine’s east.

There are fears, however, that the enhanced security could eventually be undermined by the pro-Kremlin views of President-elect Donald Trump.

Poland and the Baltic states also feel threatened by Russia’s recent deployment of nuclear-capable Iskander missiles in Kaliningrad, the Russian territory wedged between Poland and Lithuania.

But Russia says it’s the one who is threatened.

‘These actions threaten our interests, our security,’ President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Thursday.

‘Especially as it concerns a third party building up its military presence near our borders. It’s not even a European state.’

Worries about the permanence of the new US security commitments are rooted in a tragic national history in which Poland has often lost out in deals made by the great powers.

Poles still feel betrayed by Obama’s ‘reset’ with Russia early on in his administration, which involved abandoning plans for a major US missile defense system in Poland and replacing it with plans for a less ambitious system, still not in place.

‘All recent US presidents have thought there can be a grand bargain with Russia,’ said Marcin Zaborowski, a senior associate at Visegrad Insight, an analytic journal on Central Europe.

‘Trump has a proclivity to make deals, and Central and Eastern Europe have reason to worry about that.’

Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski expressed hope this week that any new effort at reconciliation with Russia ‘does not happen at our expense.’

The armored brigade combat team arriving in Poland hails from Fort Carson, Colorado.

The troops arrived last week in Germany and are gathering in Poland before units will fan out across seven countries from Estonia to Bulgaria.

A headquarters unit will be stationed in Germany. After nine months they will be replaced by another unit.

In a separate but related mission, NATO will also deploy four battalions to its eastern flank later this year, one each to Poland and the three Baltic states.

The US will also lead one of those battalions.

3,000 US TROOPS ENTER POLAND FOR FIRST CONTINUOUS DEPLOYMENT IN THE REGION

American soldiers are rolling into Poland, fulfilling a dream many Poles have had since the fall of communism in 1989 to have US troops on their soil as a deterrent against Russia.

US army vehicles and soldiers in camouflage crossed into south-western Poland on Thursday morning from Germany and were heading for Zagan, where they will be based.

The US and other Western nations have carried out exercises on Nato’s eastern flank, but this US deployment will be the first continuous deployment to the region by a Nato ally.

Despite the celebrations, a cloud also hangs over the historic moment: anxieties that the enhanced security could eventually be undermined by the pro-Kremlin views of President-elect Donald Trump.

Poland and the Baltic states are nervous about Russian assertiveness displayed in Ukraine and Syria.

The Kremlin said on Thursday it was concerned by what it described as a US military build-up in Poland, saying the move represented a threat to its national security.

Addressing reporters on a conference call, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia regarded the move as an aggressive step along its borders.
