TED backs out of deceptive false DMCA campaign!

Published on Nov 19, 2016

They backed out because they knew they didn’t have a leg to stand on. They knew that my use of their video was fair use .. and they knew that if they challenged my counter notice, they’d find themselves on the losing end of a legal battle against an independent content creator with the balls to take them on – and they knew they’d show the world that they don’t mind throwing false DMCA’s at people simply because they don’t like what’s being said.

I want to thank everyone who helped spread the word of TED’s underhanded, dishonest campaign against me – you made a loud enough noise that the story was covered by TorrentFreak, DigitalMusicNews and PlagiarismToday (all linked below).
