Red Alert: Obama raiding Medicare accounts to feed illegals – $167 million month

The Department of Health and Human Services is raiding several of its accounts, including money for Medicare, the Ryan White AIDS/HIV program and those for cancer and flu research to cover a shortfall in housing illegal youths pouring over the border at a rate of 255 a day. HHS is trying to come up with $167 million to fund the Office of Refugee Resettlement that is accepting the youths, according to the Center for Immigration Studies.

Policy Director Jessica Vaughan said that insiders have told her that the funding crisis has forced the department to squeeze programs for money. The money, she said, pays for “shelters, health care, schooling, recreation, and other services for the new illegal arrivals, who typically were brought to the border by smugglers paid by their parents, who often are living in the United States illegally.”

What the f*ck is this as*hole doing? Is Congress (Paul Ryan & republicans) allowing this money to be re-appropriated? They spent $1.2 billion in 2016 on these illegals and now are asking for $2 billion for next year.

Medicare Paid $9.3 Million in Benefits to Illegal Immigrants Agency paid out over 14,500 claims to nearly 500 illegal immigrants

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services paid $9.3 million in benefits to illegal immigrants in 2013 and 2014, according to an audit from the agency’s inspector general.

“Medicare benefits are generally allowable when rendered to a beneficiary whom the Social Security Administration has determined to be a U.S. citizen or U.S. national,” the audit explains. “Medicare does not pay for services rendered to beneficiaries who are unlawfully present on the date of service.”

Laws governing the agency require it to ensure that payments for Medicare services are not made to individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States. The agency is required to take steps to prevent improper payments from occurring and recoup improper payments if they are made.

“[The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services] had policies and procedures to ensure that payments were not made for Medicare services rendered to unlawfully present beneficiaries in accordance with Federal requirements, but it did not always follow those policies and procedures,” the audit said.
LOL! Obama: I Could’ve Been Great If Not For Fox News

What do you get when a failed president sits down with a rape-hoaxer? You get some very satisfying schadenfreude, that’s what. Absolutely delicious.

President Barack Hussein Obama, the second most powerful human being in the world, has just 50 days left in office. He’s getting ready to turn over the White House to a man he clearly despises. He just watched the voters reject everything he stands for. They’re finally getting back at him for everything he’s done to them over the past eight years. His precious legacy lays before him in ruins.

What better way to wallow in his misery than to sit down with the disgraced publisher of the discredited Rolling Stone magazine?

Jann S. Wenner — who is still defending everything in his publication’s UVA gang-rape story except for, y’know, the gang-rape — opens on a funereal note:

My final interview with President Obama in the White House had been scheduled for the day after the presidential election. I had hoped to look back on what he had achieved over eight years and the issues that mattered the most to him and to the readers of Rolling Stone, hear his advice for Hillary and about the road ahead. It was to be the “exit interview,” his tenth cover for Rolling Stone, our fourth interview together…

CNN Urged American Women to Wear Hijabs Just Moments Before OSU Islamic Jihad Attack

CNN demonstrates once again why it is known as the Communist News Network. Moments before the Ohio State University Islamic jihad attack, CNN anchor Alisyn Camerota suggested that American women should show solidarity with Muslim women by wearing a hijab.

“Maybe there will be a movement where people wear the head scarf in solidarity,” Camerota said during an early-morning broadcast on CNN’s New Day. “You know, even if you’re not Muslim.”

“Maybe it’s the way people shave their heads, you know, sometimes in solidarity with somebody who is going through something,” she added.

Why on earth would an American woman put one of those things on to show solidarity with the culture of Islam? The only reason I can think of is not an issue of solidarity, but of submission.

Camerota was responding to a segment titled “The Trump Transition: Fearful Muslim women take steps to be safe,” in which Muslim women in America claim they are in fear of being attacked for wearing hijabs. Has anyone heard such threats? I haven’t.

Of course, it’s nothing more than the hysteria promoted by fake news outlets like CNN against President-elect Donald Trump who has called for deportation of illegal aliens and a halt to Muslim immigration.

“I hope I can wear it one day again. I hope I can feel safe enough to do so,” Marwa Abdelghani, a Muslim-American woman, told the network.

Oh please. I’ll just bet Ms. Abdelghani wears it every day without any fear. In fact, out of those who have the most to fear in America, Muslims are some of the least.

Chuck Ross at the Daily Caller rightly pointed out, “The piece did not note that some of the alleged hate incidents in the aftermath of Trump’s win have been found to be hoaxes. An 18-year-old University of Louisana-Lafayette student was charged with filing a false report after she claimed that a group of white Trump supporters hurled racial slurs at her and stole her hijab several days after the election.”

More than likely the letter that was sent to three California mosques that threatened violence against Muslims was another fake hate crime by Muslims.

Muslims faking hate crimes comes from the same playbook at sodomites who fake hate crimes. So, any fear generated comes from within the community, not from outside of it.

Interestingly enough, Abdul Razak Ali Artan, 18, the Somali refugee who is suspected of carrying out the OSU jihad, engaged in taqiyya earlier this year with the Ohio State University’s student newspaper.

“I wanted to pray in the open, but I was kind of scared with everything going on in the media,” he said in that interview. “I’m a Muslim, it’s not what the media portrays me to be.”

No, the mainstream media portrays you to be this kind, gentle, peaceful person, but the reality is that those who follow Muhammad are anything but those things. They are at their heart, monsters who are consumed with a death cult and want to inflict that ideology on others and society.

What’s even more interesting is that former CNN host Lara Baldesarra responded to the news out of Canada that was celebrating its first hijab-wearing Muslim news anchor, while she claimed that she was warned not to wear a Christian cross while she was on the air.

“Any guesses which channel told me it was “inappropriate” for me to wear my cross on air?” she tweeted.

Baldesarra is not on record as working for CityNews, the network that produced the hijab-wearing Muslim news anchor, so it seems fair to assume she is referring to CNN.

Ms. Baldesarra left CNN in April 2015, but has called out the mainstream media for failing to identify the problem of Islamic jihad.

“Why call it “terrorism”? Just call it Radical Islamism. It’s hate, it’s death, it’s an ideology – and this is it at work,” she tweeted following the Nice attack in 2016.

No, my friends we do not need to have our women wear hijabs to show solidarity with Muslims. We need our women and men to be bold and declare to them the Gospel of Jesus Christ and see them converted to King Jesus and live their lives for His glory, demonstrating love for God and love for their neighbors.

California regulates cow farts

GALT, Calif. (AP) — California is taking its fight against global warming to the farm.

The nation’s leading agricultural state is now targeting greenhouse gases produced by dairy cows and other livestock.

Despite strong opposition from farmers, Gov. Jerry Brown signed legislation in September that for the first time regulates heat-trapping gases from livestock operations and landfills.

Cattle and other farm animals are major sources of methane, a greenhouse gas many times more potent than carbon dioxide as a heat-trapping gas. Methane is released when they belch, pass gas and make manure.

“If we can reduce emissions of methane, we can really help to slow global warming,” said Ryan McCarthy, a science adviser for the California Air Resources Board, which is drawing up rules to implement the new law.

Livestock are responsible for 14.5 percent of human-induced greenhouse gas emissions, with beef and dairy production accounting for the bulk of it, according to a 2013 United Nations report.

Since the passage of its landmark global warming law in 2006, California has been reducing carbon emissions from cars, trucks, homes and factories, while boosting production of renewable energy.

In the nation’s largest milk-producing state, the new law aims to reduce methane emissions from dairies and livestock operations to 40 percent below 2013 levels by 2030, McCarthy said. State officials are developing the regulations, which take effect in 2024.

“We expect that this package … and everything we’re doing on climate, does show an effective model forward for others,” McCarthy said.

Dairy farmers say the new regulations will drive up costs when they’re already struggling with five years of drought, low milk prices and rising labor costs. They’re also concerned about a newly signed law that will boost overtime pay for farmworkers.

“It just makes it more challenging. We’re continuing to lose dairies. Dairies are moving out of state to places where these costs don’t exist,” said Paul Sousa, director of environmental services for Western United Dairymen.

The dairy industry could be forced to move production to states and countries with fewer regulations, leading to higher emissions globally, Sousa said.

“We think it’s very foolish for the state of California to be taking this position,” said Rob Vandenheuvel, general manager for the Milk Producers Council. “A single state like California is not going to make a meaningful impact on the climate.”

Regulators are looking for ways to reduce so-called enteric emissions — methane produced by bovine digestive systems. That could eventually require changes to what cattle eat.

But the biggest target is dairy manure, which accounts for about a quarter of the state’s methane emissions.

State regulators want more farmers to reduce emissions with methane digesters, which capture methane from manure in large storage tanks and convert the gas into electricity.

The state has set aside $50 million to help dairies set up digesters, but farmers say that’s not nearly enough to equip the state’s roughly 1,500 dairies.

New Hope Dairy, which has 1,500 cows in Sacramento County, installed a $4 million methane digester in 2013, thanks to state grants and a partnership with California Biogas LLC, which operates the system to generate renewable power for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District.

Co-owner Arlin Van Groningen, a third-generation farmer, says he couldn’t afford one if he had to buy and run it himself.

“The bottom line is it’s going to negatively impact the economics of the California dairy industry,” Van Groningen said of the new law. “In the dairy business, the margins are so slim that something like this will force us out of state.”

State officials say they’re committed to making sure the new regulations work for farmers and the environment.

“There’s a real opportunity here to get very significant emissions reductions at fairly low cost, and actually in a way that can bring economic benefits to farmers,” Ryan said.

This story has been corrected to show that New Hope Dairy has a partnership with California Biogas, not local utility.
